FAQ – SHIPPING QUESTIONS
1. How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.
2. Do you ship outside the United States?
No. Goviloop currently ships within the UNITED STATES ONLY.
We do not ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
3. Where are orders shipped from?
Orders are fulfilled by our U.S. fulfillment partners for delivery within the United States.
Final delivery is typically handled by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another local delivery partner.
4. How long does delivery take?
- STANDARD SHIPPING: 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS
- EXPEDITED SHIPPING: 7-12 BUSINESS DAYS, if available
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, peak seasons, or high order volume.
5. Why is my tracking number not updating?
Tracking updates may take 24-48 HOURS to appear after your package has been shipped.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You may track your shipment through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or 17TRACK.
7. What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your package is delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We will assist you in tracking your order and working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, delivery may be delayed, delivery may fail, or additional reshipping fees may apply.
9. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the damaged package or item if applicable.

10. How much does shipping cost?
Free U.S. standard shipping on orders over $100.
For orders under $100, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Typical shipping rates are $5.00 – $50.00.
