Where do orders ship from?
Orders are dispatched from the Zulnovar warehouse at Rm 11, G/F, Block II, Golden Industrial Building, 16–26 Kwai Tak Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. Inventory is housed there and ships from Hong Kong to your delivery address in the United States. Every order travels with FedEx on a single tracking number the whole way; no other carrier handles the final leg.
When should an order arrive?
Processing normally takes 3 days after payment is confirmed, and FedEx delivery normally takes 2-7 days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for exceptions.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days after recorded delivery. Email us the order number and a continuous unboxing video, and we settle the return with a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. Zulnovar pays the return shipping and charges no restocking fee.
Are prices final?
Product prices are shown in USD. Shipping is a flat $45.00 per order, and orders over $800.00 qualify for free shipping. 10% US sales tax is added; shipping, tax, and discounts are itemised in the cart and at checkout before the order is submitted. Nothing further is collected when the parcel arrives.
