Zulnovar ships eligible products to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs a flat $45.00 per order, and orders over $800.00 qualify for free shipping. US sales tax of 10% is applied where shown at checkout. Shipping, tax, and the order total appear as separate lines in the cart and at checkout before an order is placed.
Order processing
Orders are normally prepared within 3 days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Dispatch origin and carrier
Inventory is housed at and dispatched from the Zulnovar warehouse at Rm 11, G/F, Block II, Golden Industrial Building, 16–26 Kwai Tak Street, Kwai Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. Orders ship from Hong Kong to the delivery address in the United States. Every order travels with FedEx on a single tracking number for the whole journey, from our Hong Kong warehouse to your delivery address. There is no handover to a second carrier for the final leg, so the same FedEx number follows the parcel door to door.
Transit and estimated delivery
FedEx delivery is normally 2-7 days after dispatch. Weather, FedEx network disruption, remote destinations, address problems, and peak periods can cause delays.
Shipping charges
Shipping is a flat $45.00 per order for orders of $800.00 or less, whatever the size of the order and wherever in the United States it is going. Orders over $800.00 qualify for free shipping. The shipping charge or free-shipping discount is shown in the cart and again at checkout before payment, and we do not add undisclosed handling fees afterwards.
Sales tax, duties and the order total
US sales tax of 10% is added to the product subtotal at checkout and is shown on its own line. Shipping is not taxed. Separately, the import duty on goods shipped from Hong Kong is carried by Zulnovar and is already built into the product price, so the total shown at checkout — products, shipping and sales tax — is the full amount due. No further payment is collected when the parcel is delivered.
Tracking and address changes
The FedEx tracking number is emailed to the address used at checkout once the parcel has been collected, and it stays valid until delivery. Contact support@zulnovar.com immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
