Because orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Hong Kong, the name, delivery address, and contact details needed to ship an order are transferred to and processed by our fulfillment team and by FedEx outside the United States. We do not sell customer personal information.
Payment providers process payment credentials through their secure systems; Zulnovar does not store complete card numbers. Order records are retained only as needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
