Packaging, color, and finish can vary slightly by production batch or display settings; material differences will not be substituted without notice.
Delivered-item checks
Customers should compare the delivered item with the order confirmation when it arrives. Report an incorrect, damaged, or materially different item to support@zulnovar.com within 30 days of delivery, with the unboxing video described in the Return & Refund Policy, and the return is settled with a free replacement or a full refund.
