Zulnovar displays prices and order totals in USD. The product subtotal, a flat $45.00 shipping charge or free shipping for orders over $800.00, 10% US sales tax and any discount are itemized in the cart and at checkout before an order is submitted. The import duty on goods shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse is already built into the product price, so the checkout total is the full amount due and nothing further is collected on delivery.
Available payment methods
The payment methods shown in checkout are the methods available for your order. Card and PayPal payments are processed by connected payment providers over encrypted connections. Zulnovar never asks customers to send payment to a personal account or outside the website checkout flow.
Payment security
Connected payment providers transmit and process payment credentials through encrypted systems. Zulnovar does not store complete payment card numbers.
Authorization, refunds, and billing support
An order is confirmed after successful authorization. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. For a duplicate charge, failed payment, or billing question, email support@zulnovar.com with the order number.
