A 100-foot length of double braided polyester rigging rope, half an inch thick, built with 48 strands and finished in fluorescent yellow and red. The bright colour is a working feature — it keeps the line visible against foliage during tree work.
The coil weighs 5.6 pounds. Double braid gives low stretch and a firm grip under load, which is why it is chosen for rigging, pulling and swing hangs over a laid rope.
